Obituary:

Lillian Hester Elliott, age 89, of Advance, MO, passed away on September 26, 2011 at the Advance nursing home.

She was born September 12, 1922 in Sank, MO; daughter of John Monroe and Vallie Albertine Shell Null. She married Eldon Liley then she married Bert Elliott and they preceded her in death.

She had worked as a nurses aid at the Saint Francis Medical Center, loved to play the piano and sing with her family and was of the General Baptist Faith.

Survivors include: two sons, Stephen B. Elliott of Senath; Larry E. Elliott of Poplar Bluff; two daughters, Sharon (Liley) Taber of Kernersville, NC; Shirley (Liley) Zavarella of Las Vegas, NV; one brother, Norman Null of Wentzville, MO; one sister, Freda Opal Nall of Cape Girardeau; and several grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents, one brother and four sisters.

Visitation will be Thursday, September 29, 2011 from 9:00 to 11:00 AM at the Liley Funeral Home in Marble Hill, MO.

Funeral Services will be at 11:00 AM Thursday, at the Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Fred Ritter officiating.

Burial will follow at the Bollinger County Memorial Park Cemetery near Marble Hill.
